    From the time I first contacted East Coast Appliances they were prompt at responding and quick to book an appointment for the next day. The fees were explained clearly. Doug was polite, diagnosed the fault quickly and fitted a new pump to the washing machine. We are very happy to have a working machine again so quickly. We would highly recommend this company.

    10/10 would use again. I was contacted within 15 minutes regarding the repair I needed doing and was given a possible cause of the problem which allowed me to gauge the cost. I was given the price of the call out and labour which was a fair price and booked in for 2 days time. The cost of the part quoted on the day was around the price I had seen online and this was able to be done there and then. I was also given some advice as to how to prevent the issue from happening again in the future which was really appreciated. Would absolutely seek out this company again.
