They worked quickly and efficiently. Polite and friendly. They gave me confidence. They knew what they were doing.

I would recommend John to anyone that has a boiler/ plumbing problem. We had a leak coming from our loft and having taken out insurance from a well known company they had sent someone round to fix it, but as we have a thatched roof they were unable to ge access to fix it without taking the roof off! We called john and he was able to get in there and fix it and keep our roof, (this was very late at night). We also decided to change to a combi boiler as part of a new bathroom and john was able to do this as well with minimal fuss and on time. All of this at a competitive price.

Came out to my home late on a Sunday evening for which I was very grateful as I had no heating on a very cold night. John was very professional and certainly knew his trade. Would highly recommend his work.

Fantastic service and outstanding work. I would highly recommend Eastern Counties. Our boiler broke when it was freezing cold and Eastern Counties worked both at the weekend and through to the evening to make sure we had heating as quickly as possible.
