    Excellent service and product, took a long time

    Very helpful and proactive, Chyna in the office is a great shop window for the business. Equally happy with Keelan our installer who was absolutely professional and detail focussed. Only fly in the ointment was lengthy delay for work to commence, and then a further delay by a week at 48 hours notice- with no real explanation.

    Excellent service and product

    Old garage double door needed replacing. Eastern surveyor visited and discussed my needs. Gave recommendation and answered all my questions. Gave me a realistic timescale for installation. Installers were prompt, and friendly. Answered all my questions before tidying up and leaving. Great service!

    Professional installation and great product

    After a few quotes, were not the cheapest but knowledge, choice of product and recommendations were by far the best. Finished product is excellent and was installed quickly and tidily. Very happy with my new insulated side hinged garage doors.

    Fantastic service from start to finish.

    I was after a new side-hinged garage door and already knew what I wanted. The sales team weren't pushy at all and were more than happy to accommodate my choice (and even affirmed it was sensible for my use case). The order process was very straightforward and very quick (~4 weeks). On installation day the team that came to fit were incredibly professional and the attention detail was honestly incredible (including using black silicone to match the door). All in all I could not be happier with Eastern Garage Doors. Would not hesitate to use them again in
