Came and gave an estimate, charged me £116 for labour and parts which they said they would have within 2 days then they never came back. Despite several emails saying they were waiting for the parts never heard from them again. Had to contact my credit card fraud department to get a refund

Excellent service, speedy, on time and very helpful

The repair person came on 14th August and still hasn't sent the price for the repair part. I was expecting that he would come with the part and make it happen during same day (as I said on my email it was the dryer not heating anymore and you had the brand/model) I paid £100 for him coming 10 Min then telling me he didn't got the part and now not even sending me the price estimate for the repair and is not answering since that. This is totally unacceptable.

Really happy, they were very professional and excellent work ethics, they fixed the washing machine and will definitely recommend them to all my friends, great company.
