Jobey failed to inform us that he would take no responsibility if the seed he would apply did not grow, although he would try a second time. When confronted after the first seeding failed he claimed that he should not and would not guarantee such works and that he is entitled to the money since the actually put the seed in the ground. We think that is not reasonable as a professional should guarantee results, not tasks.
