had solid text communication from the off, I was given a fair quote after providing a few photos, job was booked in and finished within a few days of posting and the quality of service and engineer was amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

Came, looked at it, gave a fair quote. On the day of doing the work, realised it was worse then expected. Offered to put back as was and not carry on at no charge as that wasn't what was quoted but gave a lot of visual evidence. Ended up coming back 2 days later to do a larger job then expected. Work done well. No issues in the time since.

Moving in day, we found water running down our internal walls. Got Jobey to come and have a look and he found what the issue was. He recommended removing the chimney altogether if we were not going to need it. On the 5th February (Thursday), I asked if he could come and do the job. He was here by the 9th February (Monday). Really didn’t expect such a quick turnaround. What an amazing job he did with his team. Very respectful of the property. Extremely friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend and use them again.
