Having paid Ben £30,000+to carry out an insurance Job, we have now been told there is a 6 month wait, really? When you were agreeing terms you never mentioned this delay.

We apologise that we have other commitments already scheduled. No timescales were discussed or agreed. Prior proposed start dates were delayed or cancelled by the customer. The customer’s failure to pay resulted in prior cancellation 3 months earlier. We have offered to refund in full. Customers have failed to provide their bank details. The offer to refund stands.
We remain professional and that is why we will not simply cancel our pre-booked works even when we receive threats to have negative posts made if we refuse to drop everything. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and our other reviews are proof of our workmanship.
