Great response to my request by Karen in the office. Adrian and his colleague came out very promptly and repaired a faulty patio door which they hadn't installed. Couldn't fault them. Wonderful service.

We had guttering fascia and soft replaced in February. We had them back twice to fix leaks on the front guttering and to replace tiles at the back that their workers had dropped and were not going to tell us about. Front guttering still leaking, so fit is bowing causing windows unable to open fully. We are having the whole lot redone by s different tradespeople as we do not trust them to come back again. New tradespeople said it was the worst job he has ever seen. Wrong size guttering, insufficient brackets plus a catalogue of other errors. DO NOT RECOMMEND

11 months on and the door is still looking great. Really please with the quality of the door and the workmanship in the installation. The new composite door replaced an old timber door - wish we had done it sooner! The East Grinstead Glass guys were spot on and very professional, efficient and considerate of the house. Highly recommend East Grinstead Glass.

After the glass in my bifold door was smashed in an accident leaving it unsafe I called East Grinstead Glass Works who from start to finish were absolutely fantastic. They came out immediately to make the door safe as I have young children and the replacement glass was fitted shortly after. Karen’s communication was brilliant and I was kept updated every step of the way. I was recommended EGGW’s by multiple people and I would absolutely recommend them again.

I recommended East Grinstead Glass, they go over and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. They also repaired my bathroom window latch. They clean off all the glue tack. They cleaned the windows Thank You. I really appreciate your service and not being ripped off!
