    Generally very good.

    Very quick in responding to my initial enquiry and prompt in booking someone in. Also very communicative and the engineer was very friendly and helpful. Making payments was a little troublesome but not too bad, although I do think these guys are a little pricey on their labour costs.

    Adam was outstanding. Happy in his work, knew what the problem was immediately and set to work fixing it. We now have a fully functional washer again!

    Dishwasher waste obstruction

    Operative quickly identified the problem and wasted no time in gaining access and then removing the obstruction causing the issue. Test carried out and dishwasher ready to go again.

    Dishwasher repair

    My dishwasher recently needed repair. I rang Eastleigh services and an engineer was sent out promptly. There was great communication throughout, the engineer was polite friendly. He was efficient and fixed the issue within the hour and gave good clear instructions on further maintenance. He left the kitchen spotless without a trace of his visit- I would highly recommend Eastleigh services

    Washing Machine Repair

    I wish I had been told that you were unable to fix a miele washing machine when I called in. I explained the problem and gave the fault code when I booked the slot, at no point was I told I would need a Miele engineer with diagnostics equipment. Your engineer arrived, was here 5 minutes, said he didn’t think he could fix it, and I would need a Miele engineer, played around and then left saying it may or may not be fixed, the machine came up with the same fault 2 minutes after he left with £80!

    We're sorry we didn't resolve this. Our trained engineers routinely fix Miele machines, but some faults need tools only Miele have; this should’ve been explained sooner. We’ve issued a full refund & will improve how we handle these calls going forward.
