I wish I had been told that you were unable to fix a miele washing machine when I called in. I explained the problem and gave the fault code when I booked the slot, at no point was I told I would need a Miele engineer with diagnostics equipment. Your engineer arrived, was here 5 minutes, said he didn’t think he could fix it, and I would need a Miele engineer, played around and then left saying it may or may not be fixed, the machine came up with the same fault 2 minutes after he left with £80!

We're sorry we didn't resolve this. Our trained engineers routinely fix Miele machines, but some faults need tools only Miele have; this should’ve been explained sooner. We’ve issued a full refund & will improve how we handle these calls going forward.
