10 Replacing the roof and gutters on a small extension

Pleasant, professional and good communication throughout. The work was completed within 2 days as per the quote and I hardly knew they were there. Absolutely SPOT ON. The work has been carried perfectly, they replaced 3 existing sun-roof windows with state-of-the-art Velux. Complete Cowboys. Paid Sam to have my rotten fascias replaced and caped along with new gutters. Instead they just capped the rotten fascias trying to hide the issue with minimal work. I complained and they came back to address. The next day it rained and water was pouring off everywhere. Gutters had not been put in place properly. They came back to address. Recently I noticed a joint in the new gutter was loose. On inspection clearly cut too short. I have spoken, emailed and sent photos and videos but they are ignoring me.
