Boiler repairs and radiator flushing
10Verified ReviewFound East Midlands Boilers online after being let down elsewhere and needing urgent help and I can’t rave about them enough. Very quick to fit us in, kind and friendly and excellent communication throughout. Very hardworking and nothing was too much for them. Really helped us out so will definitely use them again - 10 out of 10!!!!!

All jobs have been completed professionally and in good time, they have worked late into nights some times in order to be able to meet expectations. I highly recommend them.

5.5Verified ReviewSatisfactorily fitted a new boiler next door. Gave 3 competitive quotes for a new boiler, in existing site and 2 relocation options, conversation on options, didn't transpire. Paid on the completion day. Initial low pressure issues were supported and a 227 fault promptly sorted Feb 23 where the boiler condensing pipe froze. We corrected frozen pipe not acknowledged. EMB emailed July about boiler registration clitch and recompletion dates, 3 replies unanswered, dire communication throughout. Phoned Worcester who confirmed No guarantee, service request unanswered.

As well as the boiler replacement and new rads where required, they have since returned to remove and re-fit a radiator following some plastering work - extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend East Midlands Boilers for this type of work - great service, drama-free and competitive price
