Missed appointment
Made an appointment but Martin didn't come. He replied phone call and then cut me off. Would not reply to phone calls. Now my job is delayed by a couple of weeks. Heating not working properly in winter is a serious issue.Verified reviewerJob location: NG1210 Posted 03 February 2021

Back boiler removed new combi fitted

Boiler repaired
Highly recommended! He was polite and friendly and explained the problem with our boiler very easily, unlike other people who used loads of technical terms that we obviously wouldn't understand. He was on time and fixed our old boiler within half an hour rather than insisting that we needed a new one, as other people had done. Refused to complete
I left a good comment sept19 about an overflow boiler. I believed if someone does good job you should, however I called him back after the comment because my pipe still overflowed. He stopped the hot water to my shower (meaning I can only use my bath) and told me I need to have a new boiler made and he would fit it on 22nd oct, he said I must call and pay for the boiler in advance which I did £460 on 11th oct.
