Full refurbishment and remodeling of house
We have undertaken a full refurbishment and remodeling of our 1960s bungalow. Following on from the roof works undertaken by Easybuilduk (also reviewed) we then employed them to undertake the majority of the work required which included: - stripping out all doors, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms - demolition of load bearing walls - putting in 6.5m structural beams - remodelling ceilings - internal stud work and plaster boarding - taking out existing windows and changing openings and installing lintels - bathrooms Great liaison with all trades and the structural engineer.Verified reviewerJob location: TN309.67 Builder

Cut and pitch roofing
We are a returning customer of Easybuilduk Ltd after they undertook a conversion of a commercial property into 2 flats. We were pleased they were happy to travel to undertake a large remodel and refurbishment of our own home. The first part of the job was to pitch over two sections of flat roofs and tie them into the main house. We found them professional as always, kept a clean and ordered site, liaised with other trades really well. Great communication throughout, reliable and kept to the given timescale. Trustworthy tradesmen and hight quality work
Shane and his team did an excellent job with our renovation. They was all punctual, helpful, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Easybuilduk works completed very well as usual!

Rear Extension & refurbishment
Really easy small contractor team to work with. Always very responsive to questions and queries about works. Always arrived when they said they would and if they needed to be off site for a day told me. 100% for communications & reliability. They refurbished a house for me including a rear extension on a budget. Up-cycled the existing kitchen and did a little shower room. All came out very smart. NEW BATHROOM EXPERTLY PUT IN
Shane created a new bathroom for me in a disused bedroom. From day 1 he was very clear, he assessed the situation, wrote a quote, stuck to his schedule and did everything he said with ease. He was so quick and had a lovely manner and the team he brought on were also super professional and nice.
