Fitting replacement position valve head for heating system
The plumber responded quickly to our request for help and fitted the new valve head as soon as he realised that that was what was needed. He is reliable and helpful, top marks!

Boiler repair, servicing and install a wireless controller
Rob repaired the boiler , resolving fault codes and gave full information and cost implications and choices available. He also carried out a full service and installed a wireless controller for an easier and more reliable heating control. Friendly, helpful and gave all the information to make decisions.

Downstairs bathroom fitting
After completing our boiler we asked Rob to complete our downstairs bathroom, his quote was detailed and reasonable and we didn’t have to wait too long till he could start the work. He communicated well throughout and we were very happy with the finished result. Would definitely recommend him.

New thermostat and programmer.
Sorted out a solution as my new kitchen meant that it was difficult to access boiler day to day and the thermostat was in that cupboard. Rob sourced, fitted and talked me through how to opera5e. Good job.

Installation of new Megaflow Boiler
Excellent experience from start to finish. Gave us sound advice after doing a job next door, so we asked him to fit our new boiler before the old one failed completely! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout. Also extremely conscientious, taking extra time to get the new system working exactly as we needed it. Always punctual, and always tidy. We would definitely recommend.
