10 Fitted a satirlift

We needed to fit a stairlift for my mother-in-law. Stan was one of 3 people we saw, which were reconditioned stairlift (Stan), rental and new. We chose Stan because we learnt so much from him. His main concern was the user, asking about her capabilities and lifestyle, so that he taught us how to use it for her benefits. The others were not like this! Stan was honest, polite, knowledgeable, providing a great service. He communicated effectively and no money was requested up front. Why can't all trades people be like Stan?! What a first class service. Having been hounded by four, hard-sell stairlift manufacturers I came across Stan who was courteous, , honest, reliable and skilled. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish, fitting a reconditioned stairlift within a couple of days.
