Price is based on a standard sized room (approximately 12ft x 12ft). Larger rooms or rooms with high ceilings may incur additional charges. Price includes paint. The cost of paint is based on standard emulsion. Specialist paint such as scrubbable, mold resistant or gloss paint may incur an additional charge. Any additional preparation required will be charged accordingly.

• Two coats of high-quality paint on walls and ceiling
• Protection of furniture and flooring
• Clean up after the job

• Wallpaper removal
• Extensive plastering or repairs
• Painting of trim or woodwork (skirting boards, door frames, etc.)
• Moving large or heavy furniture
• Specialty paint (e.g., scrubbable, mold-resistant, gloss)

• Please clear the room of any small items and valuables before we arrive. Ensure adequate ventilation during and after painting.
