My patio door lock has been troublesome for some time. This week it was impossible to lock the door. I contacted Easy Keys having read reviews and Duncan came round in just over an hour although he clearly had a busy day. he quoted me a price range from an easy fix to a total lock replacement. As it turned out, he was able to fix the lock. I felt he was an honest trader who communicated well at every stage I would certainly call him out again if needed..
