Mick came over to quote as promised. Spent 45mins looking around. Said he would send me a quote. That quote never arrived. Only once communicated to me that he would send quote a particular night. That didn’t arrive and has not bother to respond since.

Mike immediately to my query and was able to attend the property the next morning. He was on time, knowledgeable and a gentleman; clear in his communication and quoting for the job. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done despite environmental challenges without fuss. Would readily recommend him.

Mick sorted out old BT telephone extensions and in doing so increased my broadband speed significantly. He also routed some new network cables. He is very knowledgeable and worked very tidily.
