Removal & storage of 1 bed flat
On my original quote from EasyStorage the email misled me to believe that the storage return delivery service would be free to anywhere in the UK. This was the main selling point of why I used easyStorage for storage and the way the quote email was designed it looked clear to me the return delivery would be free. When I booked the return delivery on the website, it cost me £882.88 for the return delivery cost (£199 return fee + £683.88 extra miles fee). Nowhere in the original quote did it mention this, instead it said 'Returned FREE, we return your items to you'.Verified reviewerJob location: CT209.25 House Removal

We couldn’t have asked for better service. Richard and Steve were extremely efficient, thorough and professional. They were flexible and understanding with the changes we needed to make to our booking and they worked extremely hard on the removal day to get everything done. Storage during refurbishment
