Jacob was really helpful throughout the whole process, replying quickly to messages (even after office hours) and flexible about the timing of the job, as well as offering not to charge a fee if he couldn’t undo the lock. He arrived ahead of time, and was efficient in his work, opening the lock quickly and with no damage. He was willing to take payment by cash or card and emailed a receipt immediately afterwards. The whole experience was very smooth from start to finish.
