Jack contacted me through the app to organise a suitable date & time. Came as agreed - boiler serviced and possible faulty expansion vessel diagnosed quickly (re-pressurised and doesn’t appear to be dropping) Briefly discussed future work following an ad-hoc question from me - would definitely send it Jack’s way if we decide to go ahead

Very responsive and easy to arrange an appointment with. Arrived on time as scheduled and completed the job efficiently. Took care to keep the workspace clean, including wearing shoe covers, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended.
