  New boiler

  A friendly and reliable service, I would highly recommend E C Cole for new installations and servicing of existing boilers. The new boiler was installed very efficiently and the area kept clean and tidy while the work was being carried out.

  Annual Boiler Service + additional replacement items that were found to be failing

  Gas engineer found that the main circuit board was failing. He advised replacement. The office phoned back the same day with a quotation which I accepted. Had a subsequent call one working day later saying the part had been sourced and the engineer had had a cancellation and turned up 15 mins later. The work was completed within the hour. Very satisfied with all aspects of the response.

  Emergency call out. Boiler check for carbon monoxide emissions.

  Rapid response. Thorough check with full explanations given whilst work was taking place. No issues with any part of the process. Less than three hours from ringing Cole's office until the engineer was complete and our boiler was working safely and effectively. Would thoroughly recommend them and intend to use them for all work on our gas system, including servicing, henceforth.
