Defective flat roof. Water ingress and insect infestation.
We employed Michael's services on our 30m2 flat roof, which had been leaking slowly for several years. We had damp and insect infestation starting to become a major problem. The fault was not obvious and had only become apparent recently on the ceiling below. Upon request Micheal inspected the roof and quickly diagnosed the problem using his knowledge and expertise. He provided a very reasonable quotation within hours that we accepted. He then went on to install additional roofing material, timbers and flashings that completely rectified the problem. He is very polite and considerate, as well

Replacement of garage flat roof
Michael is an absolute star. The work was carried out efficiently and the roof looks absolutely fantastic. Michael is polite, punctual and tidy and I would recommend him to anyone and already have!

Flat roof installation
I contacted Michael to fix an unfinished flat roof after another builder had let us down. He was very easy to speak to, flexible from the first moment and fitted a new roof in only a few days and even working on weekends and long hours. He is extremely professional, explains all the possibilities for your project and has a good amount of experience on the business. I am glad we found you Michael and wish you all the best for the future.

Flat roof completed
The work carried out was to a very high standard, always cleaned up well after each day and time keeping was superb. I would highly recommend this company, I had great communication from Michael throughout works being carried out, no problems atall.

Replace a rear extension flat roof
Miserable weather but Micheal worked through all of it. Not an easy job but all of the challenges were met with professionalism and a “can do” attitude. The roof itself look fantastic and we couldn’t be happier
