He came and changed my fuse box and promise a certificate for doing the job in the next two days. Nothing came so I contacted him again and was told on 20 of July he can do it and send it to me shortly after(that was a month after) on 26 of July I contacted him again and he said will send it soon. It’s 4 of August . No certificate and he doesn’t respond to my massages.
