He confirmed when he would be conducting the inspection when it was booked and I received a very comprehensive report which was clear about the issues discovered, along with the cost for rectification of the items found within a couple of days of the inspection. Very pleased with the service and will use Gary at Eclipse for my electrical work when I've moved in.
