Boiler service & replacement parts in my bathroom following a leak!
Highly recommend Kris! Needed a new thermostat for very old boiler
Kris has done a great job again! We now have a working thermostat. Something we believed wasn't possible with our old boiler but we now have one! Refit bathroom. (Not able to chose this from drop down hence boiler fit)
Shower leaked few months in. Loose spinning screws in shower surround. Glue (some messy stuff) left all over sheets and woodwork. Unable to get this off. It should probably have been removed whilst wet. Silicone on wood. Had to remove before I could paint. Huge hole in wall left open by toilet waste? About 80cm square. Had to sort this myself. Cheap fan, not the much quieter one for £150 we paid for. Screws loose in fan. Lino very poorly laid. Wall panels poorly joined - looks bad / gaps not filled well where they are. Boiler leaking from copper pipe. Water through kitchen ceiling.
Kris is amazing! He came out on a Saturday evening within the hour of messaging and within half an hour had made and fitted a replacement piece for our leaking boiler with the heating back on just as the snow started outside. We had been without heat or water for 3 days and other plumbers we had spoken to had said there was no way to get this fixed due to parts being obsolete. Complete main family bathroom refurb, walk in shower and new pressurised hot water tank
Superb service and commitment, great communication and perfectionist finish! New boiler
