  Did not complete job and won't reply

  We booked ECM to fit a hive thermostat. He arrived and 'fitted' it but it did not work properly... Well at all. He said he would come back the day after to sort it out but he never showed up and never replied to any messages. Rogue and so disappointing. Should be ashamed.

  Excellent Service

  Top Notch Tim. Did gas checks on boiler, Fire n Hob, Serviced Boiler and took old gas fire out and capped it off, Also gave some very good advice, which not a lot of people would do, went above and beyond. I would certainly recommend Tim to anyone.

  Tim was very professional in his dealings with us throughout his visit. Arrived on time. Explained in detail what he was doing during the boiler service. Showed us parts that needed cleaning and explained why. Very tidy and the area he was working in was left clean when he had finished. Issued all the necessary paperwork to show what had been done and filled in the Service Interval Record Book. All in all we are impressed with him and would definitely use him again and also recommend him to anyone who asked. Well pleased.

  New boiler fitted fine - terrible after care

  Very attractive quote for new boiler fitting, got the job done quickly back in July and all seemed well until the first time the heating needed to come on in September. Back and forth messages for over a week - initially told me he can't come to take a look, told me to contact the manufacturer under warranty. Still waiting for them to ring back but that's another story. Eventually agreed to come out but has failed to show up on two occasions. No longer responding to texts. Only good thing i can say is it was a tidy job.

  Radiator change

  Very happy with this trader. Cheapest quotation comparing to others. Two visits: - to remove old radiator and chase pipes in the walls - to connect new radiator after plastering was done. Also Tim drilled two holes in the brick walls and put nails (to put clock and put frame to hold flowers) per my request FOC. In addition to this he checked my sick in the kitchen.
