Boiler service with additional help with radiators that didn’t warm properly even after bleeding
Adam and his apprentice arrived when they said they would, carried out the boiler service and also helped sort out a radiator that wouldn’t heat fully. They were both friendly and helpful doing more than was required which was very much appreciated.

New oil tank installation
We called Ecoace when our oil tank showed signs of old age. They visited us promptly and explained the options available to us as well as outlying current regulations. We had a quote for the work to be carried out within 24 hours and work started as soon as the materials had been delivered. All work was carried out efficiently and within the time specified and the site was left looking clean and tidy. An excellent job was done and we would not hesitate to use them again.

New boiler installation
Adam provided a great level of communication prior to completing the work and took the time to address our questions and concerns. On the day he worked efficiently and tidily and checked everything was in good working order before leaving. He was friendly, professional and polite and all times and I would recommend him to others.

No central heating because my oil boiler was heating water but not the radiators.
I was finding it difficult to get someone to come and look at a problem with my oil boiler which meant I had no central heating for a couple of months. When I contacted Ecoace Adam responded very quickly, came and diagnosed a fault with the programmer, got the heating working and came back and fitted a new programmer. It was so nice to be warm again and I can’t thank Ecoace enough for their excellent service.
