• The immersion heater wasn't getting power.

  I contacted Eco Fix and within 6 minutes of posting the job, Dan was on the phone to make an appointment. 30 minutes later he was at the door. He did a lot of troubleshooting and eventually identified that a relay in the pilot wire interface had failed. The pilot wire interface has been discontinued but he removed it and got power to the immersion heater, so while the immersion is no longer connected to the timer, I do at least have hot water again. I was really impressed with Dan and have no hesitation in recommending Eco Fix!

  Following me installing new wall and ceiling lights, when switching on kept tripping fuse box. Electrician completed full diagnosis and solved the problem.

  The best experience I’ve ever had with a tradesman. I was kept up to date with any changes and arrival times. Daniel arrived when he said he would, explained what had gone wrong and completed the job in no time. He was also very conscientious of my partner and dog who were at home at the time e.G. Did they need a heads up for power going off as working from home and even cleaned up perfectly before leaving as if he was never there. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely recommend and use again for any electrical needs.

  The work once it was done was as requested subject to following. However it was very difficult to get the workmen onto site. I had also asked for a Ring Pro to be installed and was told this would be supplied and installed. It did not happen. I asked for a heat alarm in the kitchen but a smoke alarm was installed and consequently the alarm is constantly going off when cooking is going on. I have chased repeatedly over months for the job to be completed as requested. Last contact was a promise to come within days and.....nothing. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. Go elsewhere.
