I wanted to express our sincere satisfaction with the recent installation. From the initial quote provided by Adam to the installation completed by Dan and Sam, the entire process was smooth and highly professional. We were particularly impressed with the neatness of the pipework and how tidy the area was kept throughout the installation. Dan also did an excellent job explaining the warranty process and the aftercare for servicing. My parents are very happy with the new installation, and we will certainly continue to use EcoFlame for our future needs.
