Clearly said what they planned to do and did it. Not the most straightforward but done in good time. Assessed cause and suggested (and quoted for ) remedy.

Responded quickly to check a trade request and impressed on us that they would be with us within 6 hours to deal with an emergency blocked drain. They phoned late in the day to try and rearrange for the following day but we asked them to reconsider coming that evening. But they didn’t turn up or communicate further to rearrange. We therefore went elsewhere the following morning. We felt badly let down and can't recommend them.

They were the first company to contact me within a minute of exiting the checkatrade website. Wayne arrived within hours and had it all sorted within an hour. I expected a bill of about £100 but the rates are in half hour segments. Anything slightly over the half hour is charged at the half hour rate. Of course the vat bumps the total up. So grateful it was sorted but guess my winter fuel allowance has been used in a different way!

Thank you Ecoflow for all your help, right from the first phone-call to completion. You managed to guide us through a nightmarish scenario - blocked drains and the discovery of numerous failed joints and the need for URGENT repair - and were helpful, eminently professional, kind and courteous. Your communication was excellent and we felt we were in safe hands! Rory and Wayne are real assets to your company! Aftercare was great, thank you for your in-depth report - because of this we were able to make a successful claim on our insurance. Would definitely recommend!

The guys came out shortly after calling. Very quick response. They came and cleared our whole system out. Advised for lining sleeves to be installed to secure all our faulty pipes ! They really were great . Very pleased with the work they’ve carried out 10/10 would recommend

Your polite and knowledgeable engineers sorted out our complex (and massively unpleasant!) Drainage problems. They worked hard, we're focused on the task and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. Rating them 10 out of 10 Isn't an exaggeration, it is a sincere reflection of their work.
