Investigate problem in house possibly due to damaged pipes
We arranged for them to call and were expecting an estimate. We were assured there was no call out charge. Someone eventually called and preceeded to put a camera down what was patently the wrong drain at the opposite side of the house to where the problem was. He then moved to the correct side but could not do anything as the drain was full of water. At no point did he explain what this would cost or check we were happy to proceed. He was here 35 mins! Outside Drain Clearance Part 1
The bottom line was that the job requested was completed to the letter, but that is only some of the story. Within minutes of placing our trader requirement on Checkatrade I was called by an extremely friendly, professional and efficient young lady asking more about the task and informing me of the costs likely to be involved, followed by a window for the work…..which was the very next morning! An excellent start. 20 mins before Wayne from EcoFlow arrived he called to say me was on his way and how long he would be, proper customer service! Phenomenally Expensive!
The initial unblocking service was very well carried out. The remedial works were phenomenally expensive. I was quoted >£3500 for a project that could take up to 4 days. The project in fact took 1 day. I was asked if I was happy with the direction the engineers had taken after it was concreted over - meaning I had no opportunity to object. Blocked toilets

Taking up a manhole and clearing
