  manhole surround and cover needed replacing. Serious damage to old concrete supporting structure.

  Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They arrived ahead of time and gave honest and straight forward advice on the work that needed doing. They arrived to find the drain was blocked, and cleared it for free before sending a camera down to find out why it was blocked. Then they did the planned work which was more complicated than expected. The manhole metal cover and surround were moved slightly sideways to allow much better support and a new concrete lintel installed. Existing patio slabs were carefully removed and replaced.Everything was then concreted in neatly and all mess cleared up.

  Arrived on time with a well equipped van. Very thorough examination and explanation of the problem and repair work required. Quote given and complete job finished by the end of the next day. I would highly recommend this operator

  Blocked toilet

  I have used EcoFlow in the past and we had another blockage in a different part of the drain. Karl came within the time he said he would. Unblocked the drain and then found another issue. He explained clearly what needed to done. I got a quote straight away and he said he could do it there and then. With part of the drive having to be dug up, I was a little apprehensive, but it was all unfounded. Karl kept me informed, showed me everything he was doing. There were no hidden costs and he put everything back as he had found it. Job well done.
