  Gavin rang to arrange a time to come round the same day, then turned up on time and diagnosed the problems (four taps with different faults). No jargon, no exaggerating the problem and no blaming us for breaking it all. He went out to fetch parts and came straight back. All fixed that day. He also alerted me to another impending issue, without putting pressure on me to book him for the job. Have arranged for him to come back in two days' time to fix it, as I feel I trust him.

He did an excellent job with new pipework and will be using his services again to replace taps in bathroom. Brilliant and a very customer service friendly guy.
