A terrible experience from start to finish. The installation ran four days over schedule, with engineers working until 3am, missing parts, wrong components, and no ladder available for external work. On multiple occasions, engineers disappeared without explanation and when they did return, they were found watching YouTube videos to figure out what to do. Organisation and basic professionalism were nowhere to be seen. Had a boiler installed I have to say it was such a good experience. I thought it would be messy and it was the opposite well planned clean tidy and the people on the phone couldn't do enough for me.
