We've been with EcoHeat for 2 years for all our CH and plumbing work because their team is expert and reliable. The latest job, replacing two toilets on the second and ground floors, was carried out by a new recruit, Sam, in the heatwave, with speed, efficiency and neatness. One unexpected challenge was having to break through two ceramic tiles to access a water inlet but Sam explained what he was doing and why. He was also cheerful, polite, careful and, of course, strong - having to heft close coupled toilets up and down two flights of stairs is not for weaklings.

Five bedroom period house.The works were undertaken whilst in occupation and the cost was frightening at first sight however John the engineer was always punctual, professional and considerate and made a fairly complicated job a doddle.All the work has been successfully carried out and I can see how the costs are justified and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Fantastic service, chose them as lady on phone was clear, concise and instilled confidence. Engineer arrived within the hour. He was polite got on with the job, blocked toilet all sorted within half an hour or so would thoroughly recommend

What appeared as a small leak under the sink for which a repair date was planned and agreed assumed much greater urgency when the rate of flow increased just before we went on holiday. The Ecoheat team went above and beyond to rearrange things and find a time before we left, sparing us the prospect of returning home to a swimming pool in the kitchen. The fitter explained what was needed clearly and left us clean, tidy and most importantly leak free.

The engineer who carried out the yearly service on our boiler was thorough, professional arrived at the time specified and worked in a clean and tidy manor. Would definitely recommend EcoHeat.
