The Eco Heat Wave engineers who helped us gave us the very best attention and care. They were very professional, skilled and kind, making sure everything was secure. They even also contacted the company that manufactured our boiler on our behalf and arranged to have the Company send the faulty part and a technician to install it under warranty so saving us a considerable sum. They patiently waited a long phone hold to get through to the company then to explain what was needed very professionally in a way we could not have done ourselves. Two engineers arrived and were courteous and polite. They carried out the installation of the equipment in a professional manner and were knowledgeable and answered any questions i had for them.
