We were persuaded to buy a battery for our solar system by their salesman... which has turned out to be a total waste of money. After a few years of satisfactory running the system began to import electricity at night to charge the battery. Their customer support simply passes on emails to the manufacturer and failed to provide us with any updates unbidden. They closed out the "call" without telling us and after 18 months with our system now running at 75% capacity they have now said there is nothing more they will do. Will be 30+ more years to pay back the cost of the battery.
