We are disappointed by this review as it does not reflect the true circumstances surrounding the move. This was a large 2 day move completed after midnight after our team waited several hours for house keys before access could be gained, yet we still ensured the customer was not left stranded.
The customer advised payment would be completed after the move, however £400 remains unpaid.
We strongly dispute the allegations and hold video documentation of the customer’s items before and during the move which contradicts the claims made in this review.
