Works done, review left, work seemed fine. However one panel on roof off and vanished and two other loose. Have left several phone messages and emails to say water coming in and electrics at risk and NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Very expensive job and there is .... Hmmm ..... a 10 year guarantee which seems worthless. Disabled pensioners - have we been misled by the company. We will now have to pay out for an emergency roofer it seems.

Good timekeeping, reasonable price, hard work with minimal disruption. Pleasant and easy to have around with excellent attitude. Explained work needed clearly. Very happy with work - with roofs only time will tell but long warranty. Just a couple of little hiccups but easily rectified, big jobs take a little replanning and this is to be expected. Cleaned up all debris fully and removed from site asap. Very happy with work and would recommend. No connection with company beforehand as moved up from out of area so we were lucky.
