  Damp and heat loss survey

  Ecotiffin came and did a survey of my listed 18th century house, and it was really enlightening to see the results. They spent the whole morning surveying every room, with a thermal camera. luckily it was really cold outside, so the temperature difference showed up well. He also brought with him some of the Air drain product that they make, and I have installed 5 metres of it along the worst wall. It is a top product, and really makes a difference to rising damp. Overall, it was worth the money, and they are very professional.

  Installation of an Air Drain

  The Eco Tiffin 'Air Drain' is an excellent product, protecting a Damp Proof Course that was compromised when a new drive was laid with shingle between the drive and the house. The finished produce is very neat and looks as if it was installed at the same time as the drive. Which is, of course, when it should have been installed.

  Damp Problem to Windows

  Eco Tiffin carried out work to remove a damp issue in our 80 year old home. We agreed a day and time to carry out the works and Dave and Adam turned up as expected. Time and care was taken to protect our home as much as was possible. Adam worked from 8.00pm - 5.00pm each day hardly taking a break and he cleaned up to a high standard at the end of each day. He was friendly, professional and very efficient and the work was completed in just a week not the 10 day to 14 days as first thought. I would definitely use Eco-Tiffin should the need arise and would highly recommend them to others.

  Damp

  Extensive damp problem, resolved satisfactorily. Very knowledgeable team from survey to finish. All tradesmen know exactly what they are doing, extremely clean and tidy, go the extra mile to make sure everything is finished properly. David on site a lot to oversee everything, absolute pleasure to have these people at the house. We would certainly never use any other company for any building work again, they instil full confidence in their work.

  Damp issue in downstairs toilet caused flooring to rise.

  From the very 1st contact with this company they were nothing short of professional. We had a damp issue emanating from our downstairs cloakroom. Our insurance company sent round a series of workmen who could not find the source of the issue, even trying to blame it on our house damp course. Staff from Eco Tiffin Ltd were always confident that the problem was caused by a leaking pipe, even if it was a pin hole leak. Eventually my insurance company agreed to allow Eco Tiffin Ltd to investigate. Unsurprisingly, they not only found the problem, but fixed it !
