They were helpful and friendly, but also professional in their approach. Gave a reasonable quote and were able to do the work at a time to suit us and them. The two lads who came to do the actual job were hard working, considerate (no mess left, or whilst doing the work) and very pleasant. I could happily recommend them.

    Loft Insulation

The team arrived and got straight on with the work, removing the old insulation and then straight on with installing the new insulation. They were polite and answered questions we had and when they had finished they cleaned up and asked us if we would have a look to see if everything was alright. Very impressed.

    Efficiency, helpful and respectful

The 2man team arrived just after 8am and immediately covered the stair and landing carpet prior to starting the work. They explained exactly what they were going to do and I also gave them directions about existing boarding. The work was carried out efficiently, hoovering the roof space following removal of the 2 layers of old insulation. Then fitted the new wool insulation, hoovered all my carpets and also helped me to put back some items which I had removed prior to the job . The guys were friendly, polite and professional and I am pleased with the work.

EcoTrust Roofing & Insulation — spray foam removal, insulation, and damp proofing specialists, serving homeowners across England from our Manchester and Kent offices.

We started out as a roofing company, and it was through that roofing work that we kept coming across the same problem: spray foam insulation causing issues with mortgages, remortgages, and roof condition. That's what led us to expand into spray foam removal, loft insulation, and damp proofing — so we could deal with the whole problem, not just patch over it. Since then, we've completed 500+ successful removals and installations, backed by 35+ years of combined team experience.

Every job starts with a free, honest survey — we tell you exactly what's needed (and what isn't) before any work begins. We work carefully around roof timbers and ventilation, and every job comes with full photographic documentation, so you have a clear record of what was found and what was done.

What we do:

  • Spray foam insulation removal (open-cell and closed-cell)
  • Loft insulation installation and re-insulation
  • Loft boarding, access, and ventilation
  • Damp investigations and remedial work

We're rated 4.9 on Trustpilot, 9.97 on Checkatrade, and 5.0 on Google. Happy to share our insurance documentation, company registration (16853155), and references before you commit to anything.

If a survey has flagged an issue in your loft, or you just want it done properly the first time, get in touch for a free assessment.
