10 New Conservatory

From start to finish, Ecozenic, did everything that they said they would. The install was completed on time. The site was kept clean and tidy and all the installers were polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Ecozenic as their work ethic is exemplary and the communication was excellent. I now have a very nice new conservatory and am looking forward to enjoying it. Overall the job was completed as agreed , a few minor issues with the initial plans resulting in a last minute alteration to the overall design. As a result the job was delayed by a couple of days. The only other issue was the removal of the skip which was a subcontractor, so out of Ecozenic hands. Communication, could have been better prior to work commencing, and maybe regular updates from the contract manager during work. Would I recommend the company ?? From start to finish they have been brilliant. Ray was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to give us a quote, and then Andy and Joan did a first class job of fitting the doors, friendly, efficient and tidy. We are really pleased with the new roof on our conservatory, particularly the large sky light. We are really looking forward to being able to use the room all year round. From start to finish was pleased with the rep explaining what they can do, showed design etc. other companies we had round to quote always went for a flat roof, but we were after an apex roof if posable. Surveyor came round and explained even more of what could be done and we even changed the type of roof we originally agreed to, so we could have two glass panels in. Nothing was too much trouble. Ecozenic was able to do this and we are very pleased with the finished results. The workmen (two of them) worked really well, worked tidy and was very polite.
