Reported a bad leak to the incoming mains stop cock, contracted ECS and had a fast response and stating times and cost for the repairs same day. Plumber arrived and carried out the repairs swiftly and in a professional manner... Great work Matt. Many thanks

Have used them previously and was confident to ask again. Clear advice at site visit followed by clear quote. Date had to be altered due to maternity timing, but caused no problem. On revised date Nigel arrived bang on time each day and worked long days. Extremely clean neat and tidy; good at explaining what was to be done and clearly knowledgeable about all aspects. They are dealing with all the waste and also registering the guarantee and other paperwork.

Called ECS initially for an emergency call out due to leaking hot water tank. Attended promptly & did temporary fix then returned to replace cylinder a few days later. Both the initial engineer & Joe who carried out the new cylinder installation were very polite, efficient & thorough. Seemed confident & knowledgeable. Initial call handling also good.
