    Noticed a small leak from a air return valve in the air-cupboard during the evening. ( I am aware that this valve can go after a while, in our case, 15 years, my son had the same issue). I rang ECS the following morning and was ask to send them an image of the problem. The call out was going to be the next day, however we then received a call to say that an engineer would visit later in the afternoon..same day, which was extremely helpful. Matt the engineer was very quick and efficient and applied a numb er of checks to the system to give it the all clear. The final bill was less than expected

    Wrong Part Liability & Expensive Call Out Fee and 2 week wait

    I’ve used ECS several times and recommended them to a colleague, but my recent experience was disappointing. A kitchen tap became stiff; I provided the original invoice so the technician had the exact model. ECS warned their supplier’s terms meant I’d be charged for wrong parts and any re‑visit costs. The call‑out fee was £145 + VAT. It took two weeks for a visit; the technician fixed the tap in about ten minutes and the repair was satisfactory. I’m pleased with the workmanship but frustrated by the supplier‑cost policy, so I’m unsure whether I’ll use ECS again.

    High quality organisation

    Excellent company used to service 2 domestic air conditioners. Their service engineer was brilliant and provided the best service our machines have had. High standard organisation.

    Friendly, professional and efficient

    Firstly, the initial office response from Beth was courteous, professional, friendly and very understanding. (I was calling on behalf of a 98 year old lady I help care for). A call out was arranged for the follow day. Tom the engineer was equally friendly, professional and importantly caring and thorough in his work. Cleaned up nicely too!

    Replace kitchen tap

    Matt did. Great job for us. A very tidy worker who completed the whole job to a very high standard in 1 hr . We have used ECS plumbing in the past and They always give a Very good service
