Eddie’s aim is to achieve customer satisfaction. I have used his company twice and would have no hesitation in using him again. I have experienced some small issues but these have been rectified so that my 100% satisfaction was achieved. Give Eddie a try, you will not regret it.

Started with £12k bathroom and one bedroom. Eddie's team work was so outstanding we added extras ending up the whole ground floor about £45k with our materials. We particularly praise Ollie. Highly recommend, You will not be disappointed. Chris de Hoedt

EPS have now completed our third bathroom and we are consistently very pleased with the results. Their pricing is fair, communication is excellent, and they are always responsive. Nothing is too much trouble, and they take real care in their work. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very easy to engage and communicate with (using the initial webform and then via email). Team arrived, diagnosed the issue (split copper piping), replaced the pipe, left everything clean and tidy.

Our shower cubicle was leaking and the thermostat not working. so complete replacement required. Eddie was recommended by a friend, and provided a quotation with a time estimate. Eddie's team worked out a quick way of doing the work. The team were professional, reliable, and paid great attention to detail, working in a very confined space. They highlighted some errors in the original installation which had been causing us problems. The whole job was completed quicker than estimated, in December 2025, since when we have regularly used the shower and are really pleased with their work quality.

Eddie and his team were excellent throughout. Eddie was very helpful with the Design and gave us a few other great ideas, No mess and always on time. We are very pleased with the results would definitely highly recommend.
