Gate repair
Be careful with hidden call out charges! We phoned Matthew for a quotation to replace our gate motor. After 10 days we were hit with a call out charge and still no quotation. When we queried the unexpected bill he threatens with dept recovery services.

I was called out by the client due to their electric gate not working. I went same day and spent an hour fault finding. I found the fault and they then asked me to quote for a new motor. 3 months had gone by and the customer hadn’t paid for the call out

Install 3 external cameras
Excellent job completed on all 3 cameras. Matthew even worked in the dark to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Overall Matthew was polite, on time and very helpful in every aspect of the installation and I would strongly recommend for any future work.

Came out to look at alarm that kept going off.
Contacted us within 12 hours and came within 24. Was able to sort problem and gave good advice. Would use Eden again for any alarms/security issues.

New mains smoke alarms and outside power socket
Mathew was very professional , clean and tidy in his work ! He was polite and punctual and just got on with the job !!

New camera system fitted. New cameras, wiring and setup of 4K recorder.
Great work and finish to the job. Always kept an understand of what was happening and how the system works. Planned where cables and cameras would run and was happy to discuss changes where needed. Will definitely use the services again.
