Cutting down a tree which had grown over a common path.
Andrew was great. Arranged a quick visit, gave me a price on the spot, and came to do the job the day after we gave the OK. It was done so quickly, exactly as we wanted, and Andrew and his team were polite, friendly and helpful. Very efficient and helpful, would recommend.
Andrew and his team were able to cut back 3 trees in my mother's garden at short notice and carried out a thorough tidy up, removing all the branches and leaving the ground clear of cuttings. Job half done and no plan to complete
Friendly bunch, but... 1) Turned up late 2) They left a sycamore tree partially pollarded because didn't have the right equipment on the day... 3) Didn't finish the job 4) Couldn't tell me when they'll be able to finish. I think they just took on too many jobs and are prioritizing new customers. They still charged me for half the job. Highly Professional and know what they are doing and do it well.
Great service and advice from Eden Tree Surgery. They trimmed down a hedge row that had got out of control. Done quickly, very neatly and now looks excellent again.
