New partially double glazed kitchen door fitted. New double glazed porch doors fitted. Water ingress to rear bedroom repaired.
My property is let as I live abroad. I was sent photos of thedoors, which looked very good and I posted a favourable review on social media. I paid the balance believing the work was completed but the inside of the kitchen door had not yet been sealed all round. I believe this was done the following day. My tenant also told me that the porch doors were sticking and couldn't be opened from inside. I believe this has been resolved. I asked for a receipted invoice and guarantee on 30th March and have since phoned and sent SMS but have been ignored. Neither has been received.

Replaced flat roof re-pointed ridge tiles
