  Put up a new shed and took the old one away

  I would highly recommend Jason, he did a great job for me. It needed a bit of flexibility, no problem. He also managed to fit me in despite his very busy schedule which was really appreciated. His work is excellent and he leaves everything tidy, top man! Prior to starting, he keeps in touch, he does what he says he will and charges a fair price for the job he does. I also like the fact he is pragmatic in his advice only doing things that need doing and giving excellent advice and recommendations along the way.

  New Patio

  Jason was a pleasure to have around. He was professional and courteous at all times, and we barely noticed that he was here because he cleaned up so well at the end of each week/at the end of the project. We're very happy with the final result and have a whole list of jobs that we want to bring him back for!

  Retaining wall extension

  Jason from Edifice Projects was able to help us out after struggling with other builders who were overcome with some of the more complex elements of this build. Some subsidence caused our fencing to collapse, and with the proximity of badgers and their sett this involved working with the assigned ecologist(s) to minimize the impact on the badgers. A retaining wall needed to be extended to ensure no further land will slip. Fencing was then built on top of the new retaining wall enclosing our garden again and keeping the wildlife out.

  Skimming the bathroom ceiling

  I tried to repaint my bathroom ceiling as it was peeling and managed to really mess it up. Jason helped to skim plaster over it and it’s now looking like a proper ceiling again. He left it tidy and saved me a lot of time!
