He provided a very detailed quote which broke down the process they were going to take and the costs associated so it was completely clear what I was paying for. I appreciated the committment to give me what I wanted, for the calm way in which snags were raised and managed and the proactive attitude. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

    We initially used Bespoke Edinburgh Renovations for rendering and plastering work and we were so impressed with their attention to detail and workmanship that we decided to contract them to complete a full bathroom refurb. The team pays a lot of attention to the details and the quality of finish is evidently very important to them. As a result, we couldn't be happier with our new bathroom, and also the rendering/plastering work they did previously. 100% recommend and we will certainly use them in future.

    Very competent work, hard working and know what they are doing. They didn’t wipe down skirting or windowsill after which I would have expected them to do. Also seemed unaware they left the front door open constantly on one of the coldest days of the year. However, the workmanship can’t be faulted. Would use them again as the skill level is perfect.
