Very poor experience. I arranged vinyl flooring installation for 23 March after providing the exact product and sample I wanted. On installation day I was told the wrong size had arrived, then flooring was fitted using two rolls creating a join that was never agreed. The design and colour installed were completely different from the sample provided. The trader blamed the distributor, requested cash payment and said it would be resolved. One week later the distributor has no record of the order and the trader is no longer responding. On top of that, the finish is criminally bad.

Dale was very nice he was great with responding back to messages, his pricing was good and his work was outstanding! I would highly recommend.

The job was done but left a rough finish. I had to hire a professional to finish his poor work. Also all walls were left dirty with dust, he did not protect them with plastics or something else. We also agreed a day and time but he didnt come giving me a cheap excuse, I had to pushed him to come asap. Another point is that he accepted the job without even coming to see the place, again, I had to pushed him to come. I asked him if he could come back to properly finish the sanding, but he never replied. Please, make yoursefl a favour and choose a another person/company.
